A Convenience 2.9% charge is added to all online payments.  You can avoid the convenience fee by mailing in a check or sending payment via paypal as friends/family to phca348@ptd.net.  Please make sure you include your name and address with the payment.

Hardship Partial Payment Options.  We know that sometimes life happens and you may need to make a partial payment.  If you chose to make a partial payment, we will invoice you for the remainder of the balance within 30 days.
